These Terms of Use apply to Draft Optic.

Your records
Draft Optic helps you organize vessel survey sessions, review draft-mark and waterline footage, and prepare reports. You are responsible for the videos and details you add and for having the right to use or share them. Records are stored on your device. Keep original videos and export reports you need before deleting the app or its data.
Measurements and professional judgement
Draft Optic provides automated estimates to assist the review of draft-mark and waterline footage. Readings, annotations and reports may contain errors or omissions. They do not, by themselves, constitute a verified survey or a certification of vessel safety or regulatory compliance, and do not replace professional judgement.
You must independently verify outputs against the original footage and appropriate measurements and survey procedures before relying on them. App outputs must not be the sole basis for loading, navigation, safety, regulatory, contractual or other decisions with operational or financial consequences.
Purchases and refunds
Pro is offered as a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The included features, price, currency and any applicable offer are displayed before purchase using the product information provided by the App Store for your store region. Apple processes payments through your Apple Account.
Monthly Pro renews each month until cancelled. Any 7-day free trial is available only when offered by the App Store and you are eligible. After the trial, the monthly price shown before purchase is charged unless you cancel. The App's included free video analysis does not start a subscription or determine eligibility for the subscription trial.
Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles any required notice or consent for subscription price changes. Applicable statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase of Pro access with no scheduled expiry or recurring payment. The subscription free trial does not apply to lifetime purchases.
Eligible purchases can be restored through Restore Purchases in the App using the Apple Account used to purchase. Purchasing or restoring requires an internet connection. Monthly access can be used offline for the subscription period already verified on your device; an internet connection may be needed to verify a renewed period.
Refund requests for purchases billed by Apple can be submitted through reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple assesses these requests under its applicable terms and the law in your country or region. This process does not limit your statutory rights or remedies.

Apple licence and statutory rights
Draft Optic is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These Terms supplement that EULA, including its provisions on warranties and liability. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Contact and changes
We will update the revision date when these Terms change. Material changes will be notified before taking effect where required by law.
