Website visits
The site has no account form, advertising tracker or added analytics script. It stores a session-only browser flag to avoid replaying the opening logo animation in the same tab session; the flag is not sent to us. Our hosting provider may process technical connection data, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. Essential security measures may use browser storage or cookies.
Messages you send
If you choose to email us, we receive your address, message and any attachments. Our email provider processes that correspondence. We use it to respond to your request and do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising.
Email correspondence and attachments are retained for up to one year after the last message in the exchange. If you request deletion, we delete the correspondence under our control within one month of receiving your request, or sooner where required by law. If retention is required by law or necessary for an ongoing dispute, we retain only the relevant records and explain the reason within the same period.
Your choices and contact
You can clear the animation flag by closing the tab or clearing browser storage. You can ask to access, correct or delete information you sent to us by emailing apps@kaleoka.com. We will update this notice when the website's data practices change.
